Mamert Jan Zuk
July 27, 1946 – June 27, 2019
Fill not your hearts with pain and sorrow, but remember me in every tomorrow. Remember the joy, the laughter, the smiles; I’ve only gone to rest a little while. Although my leaving causes pain and grief, my going has eased my hurt, and given me relief.
So dry your eyes and remember me, not as I am now, but as I used to be. Because, I will remember you all, and look on with a smile. Understand in your hearts, I’ve only gone to rest a little while.
As long as I have the love of each of you, I can live my life in the hearts of all of you.

I am very sorry to hear about the passing of our good friend Mamert. I have known Mamert for last 16 years. He was an avid ham radio operator (amateur radio) He achieved the Industry Canada, Basic with Honours Certification with a call sign VE3ZUK. He would volunteer to assist, no matter what the task demands, or who needs it. He was an active member of the Niagara Peninsula Amateur Radio Club (NPARC) He had a great sense of humour. Mamert will be dearly missed.
My condolences to his sisters and many friends he left behind.
