Margaret Young

YOUNG, Margaret - Passed away peacefully at Bella Senior Care on Tuesday September 11, 2018 at the age of 86.  Beloved wife of the late William 'Bill' (1997).  Loving mother of Mike (Anne) Young, Bob (Karen) Young, Joe (Jane) Young, Laurie (Larry) Bitner, Anne (Rick) Cayley and Joan (Dale) Webb.  Cherished grandma of Andrew (Mai), Paul, Mark (Dayna), Billy, Olivia, Elizabeth, Kelly, Kara, Monika, Jennifer, Leslie, Jeffrey, Megan, Jack, Rachel (Matt), Matt and proud great-grandmother of Charleigh, Emme, Noah, Sena, Logan, Lucy and Maria.  Survived by her sister Betty Deavy and many nieces and nephews.  Margaret was well known for her oil paintings and her countless hours of dedicated volunteerism.  Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Pang and Bella Senior Care staff for their incredible care and kindnesses shown to our Mother over the years.  Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday at 10:30 am at St. Thomas More Church.  Cremation will follow with the Rite of Committal at a later date at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens.  In memory of Margaret, memorial contributions may be made to The Alzheimer Society Niagara Foundation or Bella Senior Care, and would be appreciated by her family.  Online condolences at www.pattersonfuneralhome.com
