Raymond Douglas Rivard

Ray was the loving and cherished son of MaryJane and Chris. Beloved brother of Shannon and Jason. Dear Step-father of Thomas and Carol-Anne. Sadly missed by his aunt and uncle Lorena (Gord) and Jamie (Kathleen), as well as his cousins Brandon, Schuyler, Sean and several more.

Ray was a hard worker and certified Electrician, but was a “Jack of all trades”. He had a passion for cars and loved attending car shows. He had an impressive Hot Wheels and wrist watch collection. He relied on jigsaw puzzles to help him relax and would rarely, if ever, be seen without his Tim Hortons XL coffee.

Ray was immensely loyal to his family and friends and was the first person to offer to help when anyone was in need and expected nothing in return. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 2 – 6 p.m. at Hetherington & Deans Funeral Chapel, 5176 Victoria Ave. Niagara Falls. A private Graveside Service will take place at Fairview Cemetery, at a later date. If desired, memorial donations made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
