SIMPSON, Richard 'Rick' - Heaven gained an angel when Rick passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Thursday February 24, 2022 at the age of 62. He will be greatly missed by his partner Sherri Lutz, his sisters Helen, Carrie, Dale, and Bev, his brother David, his special niece Vanessa and her children Melia, Damian and Olivia, his many nieces, nephews and cousins, his best friends Bernie, John, Ed and Freddie. Rick is predeceased by his father David Simpson (1971), his mother Helen Goldie (2014). He has far too many friends to list including his CB friends, his team mates from the St. Catharines Charioteers wheelchair basketball team, everyone at Tim Hortons Grantham Plaza. He has touched many lives and will be greatly missed by all. Cremation has taken place, with interment at a later date in Lakeview Cemetery, Thorold.
