Peacefully passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at the St. Catharines General Hospital, in her 89th year. Beloved Mother of Diane (Bill) Hunter. Survived by her son Harry Thistlewaite. Cherished Grandma of Robin, Stephen, Michael, Barbara, Amy, 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Dear sister of Jim Price of Niagara Falls and Robert Price of NFLD. Beanie will be lovingly remembered by her niece Laura MacDonald, nephew Bruce MacDonald and several other nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, January 14, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. at HETHERINGTON & DEANS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 5176 Victoria Ave (905-354-5614). A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery.
