I was very sorry to hear of Rose’s passing. I remember her from many years ago and her outstanding commitment to students with special needs. Always kind, patient and with a smile that lit up a room. She was a great lady. 

I'm so sorry of your loss of your mom.I remember her very well while she taught at Stamford collegiate with the challenged children and me doing the peer tutoring.She was well liked both from her students and the Peer tutors.

One of the nicest, warmest and loveliest  people I knew, you were always so kind and gracious. Never a harsh or unkind word about anyone. I know how much your family loves  you and will miss you. 

Whether it was running in to Mrs. Shelton while she was volunteering at the hospital, or when she was working around the corner from my place as an educator, or when I was hanging out at the Shelton house so many years ago, I was always greeted with a warm smile and a kind hello. Your mom was a treasure. My thoughts are with you all today.
