Shirley-Anne Janica Reuben

Beloved partner of Leona Koosees and her daughter, Star. Loving daughter of Oliver and Marie Reuben. Dear sister of Henry, Aaron, Jaime, Craig, Mervin and Patrick. Cherished aunt of Dante.

Janica will be fondly remembered by her aunts and uncles: Andrew (Jackie), Rebecca (Bertie), Thomas (Judy), Margaret (Elikina), George, Donald, Silas, and the late Earl, Marcel (Mary), Emilly, Maggie (Henry), Mike, Patsy and Helen. She will also be lovingly remembered by many cousins and friends.

She was predeceased by her grandparents, Rebecca and Simeon Noah, and Caroline and Labius Reuben.

Janica enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her nephew Dante. In her younger years, she treasured the time spent with her grandparents, who were very traditional and deeply influential in her life. She was known for being organized and took pride in maintaining a neat and tidy home.

The family will receive friends at Patterson Funeral Home, 6062 Main Street, Niagara Falls, on Monday, March 2, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., with a service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place on the Kashechewan Cree First Nation Reserve.
