Papa, even years later, you are missed deeply. You were a good man and you impacted all of us in ways that still remain true. When I hear your music, or watch your favourite hockey game, or tell an inside joke that we shared, your legacy lives on. I am beyond devastated that William, Quinn, Rory, and Maggie will live their lives without the silly memories of you that Rosie and I were blessed with. Papa, I miss you so much. I wish you could come back even if it were just for a second. I want to see you again, I want to hug you again, I want to hear your laugh again, I want to see your contagious smile again, I want to hear you yell at the hockey game again, I really want to see you again. I miss watching tv with you while you rubbed my back, I miss Friday night dance parties, I miss  Saturday morning thrift shop trips, I miss you showing me random memes that cracked you up, I miss every little thing about you. I cannot believe that it has already almost two years since your passing. This is probably one of the hardest things I have ever had to go through. I hope you found peace in your calling back to Heaven, I hope you were reunited with some of your treasured peeps, I hope you are enjoying a beer with one of them right now while looking down on all of us and watching how our family has grown. I hope you understand just how much you are missed and loved. You are gone but will never be forgotten. I love you so much

Oh papa, 

I never, ever thought that there would be days where I would never get to see you. A day that I don’t think about you is so rare to find. I hate that I’ll never get to see you walk through my door again or hear your voice yelling at the hockey game. It absolutely broke my heart to lose you but you did not go alone, for you took a piece of my heart, when God called you home. Earth’s loss was heaven’s gain, I just wish I got to see you again. I was so blessed to spend 11 years with such an awesome papa, you showed me so much love and I’ll forever be grateful for the memories we shared. I loved you then, I love you still, one thing is  for sure and that is, I always will.

Happy Father’s Day! I love you so much. You were there when I needed you most or when I just missed you most. You have shown so much love to our family and we wouldn’t be anywhere if it weren’t for the support and love you showed us. It’s not easy for you not to be a call or visit away, but I know we have other ways of reaching out to you. I miss you you so much and could be celebrating with us. Happy Father’s Day, papa! I cannot put into words how much I still miss you. I think about all the wonderful memories we had together everyday. I think about how you wont get to be at our graduation or how you wont get to see how we grow up to be, but I know you are still watching from Heaven. You were an amazing man and had a massive impact on me. You were always there when I needed you the most and you were the best papa I could ever ask for. I know you are not physically with us anymore but you are here in different ways like memories and prayers. I love you more than I could ever put into this box and I hope you know that. Victor was a dear customer, & a good friend to me. Heartbreaking to know that I won't be able to see his smiling face anymore that always look for me.

The ultimate family man.  The man that always thought of others before himself.  Always taking care of those around you. You were happiest when your family was happy. Your contagious laugh is something I treasure.  I couldn't be more grateful to have you as my father in law.  You instantly welcomed me into the family and showed me love. Miss you dearly. It gives me comfort to know that you are watching over us.  Love you so much.
