Winnifred Alice Dell

Peacefully at her home in Niagara Falls on Feb. 26, 2021 at the age of 89. Predeceased by her husband Roland Sanford Dell and loving companion of the late Harry Melesh. Sadly missed by her children; Susan (Ernie) Kobelka, Gary (Verna) Dell & Barry (Sheri) Dell. Beloved grandmother to Doug (Jennifer), Laura, Alicia (Andrew), Isaac (Allison), & Jeremy. Great-grandmother to Regan, Charlee, & Audrey. Also missed by her brother Richard Stokes and sister–in-law Verna as well as several nieces, nephews & cousins. Predeceased by her brother David Stokes and sister-in-law Joanne Stokes.

Winnifred was a long-standing member of First Niagara Scouts Group, Drummond Hill Presbyterian Church, Mac’s Girls 479 Womens Cribbage League (since 1950) & The Westlane Senior Dwarfs Bowling Team. A special thank-you to Dr. Girard for his many years of care.

A private family service & interment to take place on Wednesday, March 3rd at 1PM. A live stream of the service is available in the service information below. A Celebration of her Life will be held in the future pending COVID.
