My thoughts and prayers are with you all.  Hazel lived a wonderfully long and blessed life.  Hold your memories close to your heart and today enjoy something she would have enjoyed doing.

Our condolences to all of you.
Hazel was my last surviving Aunt.  She was the youngest on both sides of the family of that generation.  I always remember her as my "go to" Aunt who lived on the corner.  She and Harry made a unique couple.  Harry fit right in with the Virginia family and we enjoyed their many visits to Woodstock.  I am glad we were able to make many visits to Niantic to visit her, and will miss her.

How saddened Susan, Edward and I are at the loss of a wonderful neighbor-Hazel. I  enjoyed her cheerful spirit and her quiet calm no matter what the "calamity"; with 25 children and a swimming pond there were many funny and more serious incidents. We especially enjoyed our times together at the pond--when we were all growing up. Hazel,I will always remember you as a wonderful mom and an excellent neighbor.  Josephine Beebe

Mary, you wrote a wonderful obituary for you mama. I feel that I totally know her now. She was such a light-hearted spirit and I'm glad I got to meet her in person, if only once. Love and peace to her family.
