Joann Louise Talley-Vojick

Mrs. Talley-Vojick was born on October 25, 1956 in New London, the daughter of William and Eleanor Talley.

Joann was a graduate of East Lyme High School and she received a Bachelors in Art from Roger Williams University. She utilized her talent for paint and art as the owner and operator of Primary Colors, a decorative painting company. Many know her from earlier years working at the Niantic Lumber Company, now Rings End.

She expressed her passion in the service of others by being a Sunday school teacher at Niantic Baptist Church and a resource mother for Boston Children’s Hospital. Her most recent contributions were the Walk of Horror to benefit the East Lyme Police Cadets where she was able to utilize her creativity. She also spent her time expressing her love of dogs as she provided dog training through the Perfect Pup.

Mrs. Talley-Vojick is survived by her sons Joshua Talley of Montville, Dylan Vojick of Niantic, Jordan Vojick of Niantic, and Granddaughter Ella Talley. She was pre-deceased by her husband Richard (Ric) Vojick.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday November 1, 2025 at 1pm in Niantic Baptist Church 443 Main St. Niantic.
