Adam,
Sending you all our light and love to comfort you in this time of loss. I remember the early days when you and Julia first met and started dating... both of you smiled so big when you were around each other. Kate and I would often talk about how happy you both were and what a great match! I miss our days hanging out together along the CT coast and enjoying New Haven pizza! I know the memories of your smiling times together will help... and my wish for you is that you will always feel the joy and happiness Julia created for you and everyone she encountered. All our love,
Steve & Kate

Sheila,Nick and Adam, please accept my prayerful Mercy sympathy at the death of Julia! My fondest memory of Julia is the day that Julia came to be screened for kindergarten at Our Lady of Mercy School. Julia excitedly responded to our interview questions , and shared with us who were interviewing her that she took dancing lessons. When I immediately asked if she would show us one of her dances, Julia joyfully began singing and dancing ( definitely a Shirley Temple look-a-like) “On the Good Ship Lollipop”. Within seconds, we all voted to accept her as an incoming kindergartner! A delightful, energetic and enthusiastic young lady brightened our lives that day. Likewise she has brightened your lives with her starlight personality! God speed, Julia as you light our journey to join you in everlasting happiness!

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Cerjanec and Family,
How ever so shocked and sincerely saddened to hear about Julia (Julie). I just learned of this news late last evening & I am still in shock and my heart so aching. We can only imagine the depth of the hurt and sadness that your hearts are experiencing. The dear, wonderful, beautiful memories of the childhood spent with Julie & you both are ever so vivid and replay in my heart and mind so often. Growing up in our Madison home next to yours, was truly a blessing! My sister (Lizzie) & I always looked forward to spending time with Julie from the time you moved into the home next door to us when Julie was only just about 2 years of age & with your black Labrador,Gretel. What fun we had from that time & for the several years! From swinging on the swing-set in your backyard, to swimming in your pool (you were always ever so gracious in sharing your pool, your yard, your home with us Johnson Family!); to the popcorn parties in the backyard while trading stickers from our sticker books; playing ball in the cul-de-sac, sledding down the hill in the winter, riding bikes & playing hide & seek; to playing piano (which I will never forget that you, Mrs. Cerjanec so graciously gave me piano lessons for a few years & I still play piano to this day! Thank you 😊 ) I know she is known as “Julia”, but she will forever be “Julie” to us, a wonderful, kind-hearted, precious friend who was always like a “sister” to us & with her ever so jovial laughter, sweet smile & spirit! The memories go on & on and so will Julie’s precious life as we keep Julie ever so alive as we relive the precious memories together. Julie’s life lives on in all of us & she will forever be loved & remembered as she has left a beautiful imprint on our hearts! We are praying for you all, Mr.&Mrs. Cerjanec, Adam & Family. May you sense God's loving embrace, care, peace & comfort for each day. "God is our refuge and strength...." Ps.46:1
We love you!
Love,hugs & prayers, Tricia

Dear Mr and Mrs Cerjanec,
I was saddened to hear about the passing of your daughter Julie. It just doesn't seem possible.... Growing up next door in our Madison home I can recall many wonderful memories of Julie, me and my sister playing together. Every chance we got we'd spend playing from swimming in your pool to popcorn on your porch to sledding down your hill to hanging from the swing set. Julie was a great friend... Will never forget the time she came to VBS with us. Her smile and joy for life will forever be missed but last forever in our hearts. I'm sorry for your loss and my thoughts and prayers are with you during this very difficult time. I know she made you so proud with all that she accomplished with her life.... May the Lord comfort you and bring you peace. We love you!!!! Love Lizzie (Johnson) Parker

Sheila, Nick, and Adam,

I was so saddened to learn of Julie's sudden passing. It's hard to believe and I know it's got to be incredibly painful for you. I remember Julie in church at St George when we were in grade school. Meeting again at OLM dances when I DJ'd. And dating my last two years of high school into college. My wife, Jill, got to know Julie being from a town close to Saratoga and we had her to our wedding. Her smile, positivity, love of life, and passion for furry friends will always stay with me. You are in our prayers and we'll always remember Julie and the joy she brought to so many.

To Sheila, Nick & Adam,
Please accept my deepest sympathy and my prayers to all of you. Julie put up an amazing battle in fighting her illness and for that alone, she is to be admired. May you find some comfort in knowing she is at peace. She was an amazingly talented woman.
Sincerely,
