Betty Marie Falcon Hall

Betty Marie Falcon Hall passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the age of 84. She was the loving wife of the late Walter Leonard Hall of 22 years. Devoted mother of Walter Hall, Jr., (Jeanne), Brant Hall (Cindy), Paula Louque (Prentice), Dara Slie (Scheree), Briana Delaneuville (Wayne), Lana Haydel (Ricky), and the late Deborah Baudoin. Grandmother of Nicole Mitchell, Leslie, Adam, Jacob, Chad, Patrick, and Thomas Hall, Bryan Louque, Shannon Juneau, Richard, Ian, Megan, and Katherine Haydel, Michelle Gresham, Brett and Blake Babin and Shawn Delaneauville. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.

Betty was an active member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary for 4 decades where she proudly served, on numerous occasions, as Auxiliary President.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 13396 River Road, Destrehan, Louisiana on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 from 9:30AM to 11:45AM. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00PM. Interment will follow at St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Legion Auxiliary Post 366.

I have always admired Mrs. Betty Hall and will always remember her smile when I would see her and talk to her. She was such a nice person and was my favorite teacher many years ago at St. Charles Borromeo. She surely left an impression!

Her wonderful soul has left this earth and she has taken her rightful place in heaven. May she rest in peace. Ms. Betty was such a nice person and I am honored to have known her.
