Carl “Jordan” Cantrelle, Sr. of Hahnville passed away on September 25, 2023. He was born May 8, 1937 to Castler and Laura Cantrelle. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Leah and Sons Carl, Jr. (Tammy), Kerry (Cathy), Myron (Jill), and daughter, Jennifer Gregory (Shawn). He was also survived by his brothers Kenneth and Kirk, six grandchildren, Chad (Crystal), Amanda (Thomas), Erin (Matt) CarlyJo, Molly, and Myranda, and six great grandchildren, Kota, Keegan, Levi, Ryan, Cruz, and Tomi, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
He retired after 30 years from Occidental Chemical Co. and was an avid radio control airplane enthusiast.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 2, 2023 at West St. Charles Baptist Church in Boutte, LA beginning at 9:30AM. Funeral Service will begin at 11AM with burial to follow at Holy Rosary Cemetery in Taft, LA.
