David Keith Ulicsni

David proudly served his community as a retired police officer with the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office. Before his career in law enforcement, he worked for 24 years at Pellerin Milnor, where he was known for his strong work ethic and dedication.

He was a devoted husband to Veronica Ballantyne Ulicsni, with whom he shared 33 wonderful years of marriage. David was a loving father to Emilie Grace Ulicsni and Ryan David Ulicsni (Payton Bryant Ulicsni). One of his greatest joys in life was being “Pops” to his beloved granddaughter, Marigny, age 2, who brought endless smiles and laughter into his life.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Grace Vitrano Ulicsni and Edward “Eddie” Ulicsni. He is survived by his brothers, Billy Ulicsni and Brian Ulicsni.

David cherished some of life’s simple pleasures like golfing, thrifting, restoring hidden treasures, spending time with his faithful dog Sammie, enjoying his coffee, and keeping a watchful eye on the yard, birds, and garden. His loyalty and loving heart will be deeply missed.
