Dolores Sardegna Faucheux

Dolores Sardegna Faucheux went to her reward on January 28, 2026. She was the wife of Daniel “Greek” Faucheux for 34 years. She was the daughter of Ethel Madere and Nick Sardegna, Sr. of Norco. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two children, Don Faucheux, Dawn Faucheux, and her grandsons, Clint Faucheux, Daniel Remi Faucheux, and brother, Nick Sardegna, Jr,

She is survived by three sisters, Barbara Crespo (Sidney), Sandra Simon, and Gayle LeFevre, her children, Mel “Dog” Faucheux, Valerie Friloux (Brad), and granddaughters, Amanda Tregre (Michael), Lauryn Baudouin (Rene), and 2 great granddaughters, Emma and Aubrey Tregre. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Faucheux was a longtime volunteer at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church and St. Charles Parish Tourist Information Center. She was also a member of the Holy Family Busy Bees and Retired Senior Volunteer Program.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026, at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hahnville, LA at 11AM. Visitation to begin at 9AM. Inurnment to follow at Holy Rosary Cemetery in Taft, LA.
