Evette Vera King Tamburello passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at the age of 78. She was the loving wife of the late Salvador Tamburello of 61 years. Devoted mother of John Tamburello, Nina Farenholtz (Butch), Steven Tamburello, James “Jimmy” Tamburello (Jeannie), and Matthew Tamburello. Evette is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Evette was a member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church Choir for many years.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at H.C. Alexander Funeral Home in Norco, LA on Monday, March 11, 2013 from 9:30AM to 11:45AM. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 401 Spruce Street, Norco, LA at 12:00PM. Interment will follow at St. Charles Borromeo Mausoleum, 13396 River Road, Destrehan, LA.
