Glenna Bergeron Jacob

She is preceded in death by her husband, Nelson H. Jacob, parents, Wilbert Bergeron, Sr. and Earline Hill Bergeron, great-granddaughter, Aleigha Michael, and her siblings, Wilbert Bergeron, Jr. and Ann Bourque.

She is survived by her children, John “David” Anders, Mark Anders (Dawnell), and Paul Anders, grandchildren, Heather Ghere (David), Tiffany Michael (Chris), Rochelle Patterson (Steven), Eve Anders, Katie Anders, and Garrett Anders (Angelle), and 5 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Juanita Guedry, Earline Brady (Rod), Edmond Bergeron, Debra Hinchman (Paul), and JoAnn Arcuri (Joey), as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Glenna was a talented cook, both in her career and at home. She enjoyed baking and gardening. She was a parishioner at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church in LaPlace, LA and enjoyed volunteering her baking skills for church events.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church, 1900 Greenwood Dr. LaPlace, LA. Visitation will be held from 10 AM – 12 PM with a funeral Mass to begin at 12 PM.
