Leona Vicknair Ferraro

Leona Vicknair Ferraro, 92, was taken by her Guardian Angel to eternal life with our Heavenly Father on Wednesday April 10, 2013. She was a native of Sorrento, LA and a resident of Norco, LA. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Ferraro, Sr.

Loving mother of Joseph Ferraro Jr.(Gayle), Gwendolyn Meehan(Bob), Gary Ferraro(Libby), Ronald Ferraro(Patricia), Marion Ferraro, and Sylvia Pitts(Don).

Grandmother of 10, Great Grandmother of 12 and Great- Great Grandmother of 1. Sister of Avis Landry and Shirley Piscotti.

She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Julienne Vicknair and 5 brothers and 4 sisters.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a night wake at H.C. Alexander Funeral Home, 821 Fourth St. Norco, La 70079, on Friday, April 12, 2013 from 6PM-9PM. Visitation will continue on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at H.C. Alexander Funeral Home from 8:30AM till 10:30AM. A funeral Mass will be said at 11AM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Norco, La.
