Lily Mae Guidry passed away January 10, 2025, at the age of 90. She is the beloved wife of Fred Guidry, Sr., for 71 years. Mother of Debra Jones (Mike), Elaine Stephens (Don), Fred Guidry, Jr. (Jan), and the late Mark Guidry (Robin). She is survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 5 step great-grandchildren, and 2 siblings, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and family members. She is preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Edith Theriot and 3 siblings.
Lily loved oil painting, gardening, and cooking for her family. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and truly missed by her family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 13396 River Rd. Destrehan, LA at 10AM with Mass to follow at 11:30AM. Burial to take place in the church cemetery.
