He is survived by his loving wife 22 years, Catherine “Cat” Duhe Phillips. Two sons; Eddie Duhe (Silvia) and Troy Duhe (Suzette). Three daughters; Dina LeBourgeois (Dreaux) , Kim, Jodi and Micah. Two sisters; Margie Massey and Nelwyn Miller. Eleven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; R. B. Phillips and Mary Elizabeth Gray.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 9, 2011 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at H. C. Alexander Funeral Home in Norco. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm at the funeral home with Fr. Terry Becnel officiant.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist with his many medical bills.
