Prentice George Louque Sr., born February 15, 1924, departed this world on March 22, 2025. He was the son of the late Arnaud and Louise Louque and had 10 siblings. He was the husband of the late Mae Marie Louque for 68 years.
Prentice was the father of Vivian Seeling, the late Prentice Louque, Jr. (Paula), and the late Thomas J. Louque.
He is survived by 5 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 10am until 12pm at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Destrehan. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 pm.
