Robert Paul Lambert, age 57 and a lifelong resident of St. Rose, was called home on Monday, April 14, 2014. Son of the late Evan J. Lambert, Sr. and Louise W. Lambert. Preceded in death by brother Evan J. Lambert, Jr.(Pamela) and survived by brother Ronald J. Lambert, Sr. (Laurie). Also survived by two nephews, five nieces and their children. He was a graduate of Loyola University and a former employee of St. Charles Parish, having served as Planning and Zoning Director and was an active political campaign strategist. Private religious services to be held at a future date in the St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery. Masses are preferred.
