Russell Phillip Comardelle Sr.

Russell Phillip Comardelle Sr., age 62, a resident of Ama, La, entered into eternal peace in Heaven on March 20, 2017, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Luana Comardelle for 43 years, loving father of Roscoe Comardelle (Kim), Russell Comardelle Jr. (Brandy), Rochelle Muller (Ernie), and Valarie Berthelot (Darby). Grandfather of Christopher Lepine, Shellie Peoples, Jaidyn and Hoby Comardelle, Breanna and Emma Muller, and Shelbi and Caison Berthelot.

Mr. Comardelle was preceded in death by his parents Milton and Dorothy Comardelle Sr., his brother Milton Comardelle Jr., and sister Susan Farrell. He is survived by his sister Sherry Cortez (Billy), Patsy Bortolo (Melvin), and brother Anthony Comardelle (Rene), Godchild Suzette Baker, and a host of nieces and nephews. Mr. Comardelle retired from Monsanto and will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 24, 2017 at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Ama, La with visitation beginning at 10 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12 PM. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery in Luling, La. Condolences may be expressed at www.HCAlexander.com.
