Ruth Mary Watters Allen, age 68, passed away peacefully with her family by her side at her home on Friday, April 14, 2017. She was preceded in death by her father, Carl Reistad; adoptive father, Erwin Watters Sr.; and brother, Bud Watters. She is survived by her mother, Ruth Watters; loving daughters, Coreen Woulfe (Michael), and Whitney Simone (David); siblings, Carl Watters and Leslie Moyer; her grandchildren, Reagan, Aidan, Brin and Reis; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. She will be missed by those she loved. Services will be Private. In Lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society or Susan G. Komen Society would be appreciated.
