Warren Donald Hotard Sr.

Warren Donald Hotard, Sr. born February 10, 1924, passed away on January 26, 2019 at the age of 94. He is survived by his loving wife of 75 years, Marie Alice Bergeron Hotard, and his children, Ronald Hotard (Cecilia), Cynthia Ann Hotard, and Debra Hotard. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Troy Hotard (Nicole), Scott Hotard (Katie), Natalie H. Sistrunk (Jason), Toni Marie, and Dana, as well as numerous great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his son, Warren Hotard Jr., grandson, Russell James O’Brien Jr, parents Phebus and Agnes Brady Hotard, and siblings, Norwood Hotard, Richard Hotard, Francis Hotard, Mary Helen Holmes, Dorothy Burke, and Ruth Lane.

Warren proudly served his country during WWII as a Corporal in the Marine Corps. He will be greatly missed by his family and all who were blessed to know him.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 13396 River Rd. Destrehan, LA, on Thursday, January 31, 2019 beginning at 10 AM, Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM, burial with Military Honors to follow in the church cemetery.
