Allen F. Frank,

Norfolk- Allen F. Frank, Sr., 60, passed away August 6, 2011 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Allen was a self employed painter and a member of Ocean View Assembly of God Church in Norfolk. He loved to fish and collect figurines of eagles and dolphins.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years Wanda Faye Frank; daughter Esther Frank; sons Shannon Frank and Allen F. Frank, Jr. and his wife Regina; grandchildren Leah M. Fuller and Joshua D. Frank; mother Esther Hurst; sister Kathy Creswell; nephews Mike and Larry Creswell, Trey and Tristen Rapp; nieces Serria, Tyla, and Lori Rapp; and god grandchildren Rose and Michael Doucette. He is predeceased by his father Arthur Frank; grandparents Ernest Harvey and Fannie Mae Pounds; and grandson Zachary Allen Frank.

A service will be held Thursday, August 11, 2011 at 11am in Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd. Norfolk with a visitation one hour prior to service. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will have a reception held at Ocean View Assembly of God Church in Norfolk following the interment.
