Barbara Jean Koonce, 54, passed away on Thursday with her loving husband by her side. She is predeceased by her father Homer Brodur and brother Mike Trager and survived by her family, mother, Dorothy Trager and brother Mark Trager; her husband Carl; children, Jennifer Lynn Daley, Jefferey Mylander, Robert Koonce and Clifford Koonce; grandchildren, Brooke Ashley Daley, Christopher Koonce, Jonathan Koonce, Justice Mylander, Jordan Mylander, Brendon Mueller, Gracie Koonce, and Corisa Daley. Barbara enjoyed love, life, family and friends, a firm religious woman who believed in our lord and is now in His loving hands. A memorial service will be conducted on Thursday at 7pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk. Additional services will be held in Streamwood Illinois on the week of October 17 for family and friends in the Chicago land area.
