Betty Sue Capps, 84, passed away in Norfolk on Thursday. Betty was born in Norfolk to the late John and Ethel Thompson; she was predeceased also by her brother, Franklin Lee Thompson. Betty retired from the Norfolk Health Department and enjoyed yard working and gardening. She is survived by her son, Ben Capps; brothers, Roy (Pat), Bob and John (Peggy) Thompson.
