

Brandi Lynn Meacom, 47, of Norfolk, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2025. Born on February 10, 1978, in Norfolk, she was the beloved daughter of Levi “Buster” and Bonita “Bonnie” Meacom. Brandi’s life was a vibrant testament to love, loyalty, and fierce strength. To know Brandi was to be warmed by her unforgettable presence. She was truly beautiful, loving, and real, with a spirit that didn't tolerate nonsense. She had a wonderful, feisty nature that sometimes made her seem like the opposite of others, yet beneath it all, she carried a true heart of gold. Brandi was the ultimate "rider" the first phone call for celebrating a high point or navigating a low one. Her unwavering faith in God was the foundation for everything she did, giving her the inner strength to face every challenge with resilience and grace.
A Life Built on Family and Love
Brandi’s world revolved around her family. Her greatest joy and deepest sense of pride came from her roles as mother and grandmother. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest accomplishments, and she poured every ounce of her boundless love into creating a happy, memorable life for them. She was happiest when making memories, whether it was on family road trips to the mountains, upholding treasured Saturday shopping traditions, or simply spending time with her children and grandchildren on fun outings to the zoo, the aquarium, or collecting shells on the beach. These moments are the indelible markers of her dedication to being a present, loving, and fun heart of the family.
Brandi is survived by her loving parents, Levi “Buster” and Bonita “Bonnie” Meacom; her devoted sister, Kayla L. Meacom; her beloved children, Kory Meacom, Justin Meacom, and Kalyn Meacom; and her cherished grandchildren, Aubrey, Aurora, and Winnie, who were the absolute light of her life.
Though Brandi will be deeply missed, her light; full of joy, strength, and unconditional love will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of her family and friends.
