Charles Edward Boyd passed away to be with the Lord on Monday, October 3, 2011. He is survived by his wife Joan; son, Charles E. Boyd, Jr.of Clearwater, Fl.; daughters, Brenda B. Brinkley, and Kathy B. Haley, both of Virginia Beach; grandchildren, Lauren, Katie, Erin and Michael, and son-in-laws Brad Brinkley and Bill Haley. Charles was a member of Kempsville Baptist Church and Kingdom Seekers Bible Class, he was also a member of The Chesapeake Athletic Club. Services will be private.
