Christopher Klotz

Christopher Klotz, 62, of Norfolk, VA, passed away peacefully at his home on September 16, 2021. Chris is predeceased by his parents, Richard and Mary Klotz and brother, David Arthur Klotz, Sr. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Teresa; sons, Jason (wife, Jessica), Justin (wife, Kayla) and Zach; brother, Richard (wife, Becky); sister, Karen Mechtel (husband, John); sister-in-law, Jean Klotz; grandchildren Jacey, Jacob, Lillian, Ira and Marceline; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, as well as a host of friends and adopted family members. Chris was a 4th Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus where he served council #3548 as Financial Secretary. He was previously employed by Norfolk Public Schools and worked as the Records Clerk at Mary Calcott Elementary School. Chris volunteered much of his time with NAS/OVLL serving as a board member, manager and coach. He will be greatly missed by all those whose lives he touched. A memorial service for Chris will be on Monday, September 20, 2021 beginning at 6:00 pm. Please contact a family member for details.
