

Constance Loggins Foss passed on June 14th 2017 at 1:17 pm. She fought a long and hard battle for the past 8 years but her body was tired. Prior to her battle, Connie worked tirelessly for over 30 years in the trucking industry, starting from the bottom and worked her way up to the top. Connie loved her family and friends and would do anything for them. Her heart was always open. Those who knew her, knew it wasn’t abnormal to see her in the mall shopping and looking amazing. Connie loved to decorate her home and stayed current on the latest fashions. She was very generous to everyone she met. You could count on her for anything even if it was just a smile.
Connie was born in Rhode Island on May 25, 1957 to Carl and Phyllis Loggins. She is survived by her loving husband David Foss, two sons John Zimmerman-Gibson husband Joshua Zimmerman-Gibson, and Carl Zimmerman wife Dana Zimmerman, two grandchildren Blake Davis and Reagan Posey, two sisters Carla Kissam husband Danny Kissam, and Gina Armstrong husband William Armstrong. Many nieces and nephews Christie George, Jennifer George, Meagan (Liz) Gravedoni, Dylan Gravedoni, Kayla Carlysle, Rocky Foss, Nikki Pendroy, and Kristen Whitley, many great nieces and nephews Logan and Annabelle Carlysle, Marley, Kya, and Zane Foss. In laws Harold and Kurene Foss. Connie had many friends that she loved. She had a special place in her heart for her best friends Kathy Webster, Cindy Jackson, and Rosey Stephens.
