Cornelia (Anne) Bozard

Cornelia (Anne) Bozard died peacefully at home in Virginia Beach, VA at age 85. Beloved wife of the late Frederick Swink Bozard, Sr. Mother of Fred Bozard, Jr., Linda Bozard Whitley, Paul W. Bozard and his wife Kim, and Raymond M. Bozard. Preceded in death were her 2 sons, Thomas G. Bozard and Louis E. Bozard and her 2 brothers Paul Waldrop and Richard Waldrop. Grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother and her memory will be cherished.

Anne was a member of Foundry United Methodist Church for 50 years. She worked beside her husband, Fred, as a certified Kitchen Designer and owner of Cavalier Carpet & Kitchens. Anne was also a member of TOPS, YMCA water aerobics, Red Hatters Club and Friends Forever. She was very active all her life and lived life to the fullest.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 17th from 6 PM to 8 PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home. A funeral will be held on Friday, October 18th at Woodlawn Funeral Home at 6329 Virginia Beach Boulevard, Norfolk, VA at 1:30 PM with Rev. Dr. Patricia Riggs officiating. A reception will follow at Foundry United Methodist Church. The family requests that donations in her memory in lieu of flowers be made to Foundry United Methodist Church, 2801 Virginia Beach Boulevard, Virginia Beach, VA 23452.
