Cristina V. Ramirez, 58, passed away February 8, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She is one of four children born to Lope C. and Felisa V. Ramirez in San Carlos, Philippines. She was raised in a loving Christian home where she developed a love for the medical field and aspired to become a nurse. She was a loving and affectionate person who adored her siblings. She migrated to the United States in 1978 with her family to the Norfolk area. She always enjoyed sightseeing and exploring her new found home. Most of her time was spent with her close knit family. She leaves to cherish her memory her parents Lope and Felisa Ramirez. Sisters Marilyn Stucker (Don), Elizabeth Borel (Douglas); one brother Roberto Ramirez (Merlita); Two nieces Marjorie and Rachel Ramirez; one nephew Timothy Borel; along with a host of other family and friends.
