Cynthia R. Dumlao passed away on April 23, 2018. She was born in Virginia to Joseph James Dean and Joyce Ann Holmes. She was predeceased by her father; sister, Melody Devericks and her son Josh Dumlao.
Cynthia leaves to cherish her memory her husband James Paul, three sons, James Michael, Jason Paul, Joseph and daughter in law(Holly), her daughter Holly Marie and two granddaughters Aaliyah and Aariana. Her mother Joyce Ann Holmes and stepfather(Bud), her sisters Christie Holmes, Becky Jones and husband(Raymond), and a host of nieces and nephews.
