Cynthia will be missed dearly. I thank God that he brought her into my life. She taught me so much and loved me unconditionally. You taught me how to be a loving mom and were always there for me and my son. I cherish the last couple of months of your life, caring and being there for YOU. Through the good times and some difficult times we shared a lot of laughs and some tears. I feel so privileged to have shared this time with you. Believing that God has given you your reward in heaven for being a loving person on earth brings a smile to my heart. You will be forever in my heart.

Your daughter,

Cindy was a coworker, mentor and friend brought together at Pembroke Commercial Realty. She had the most beautiful spirit, always kind and helpful and she was the best cake maker ever! Her almond pound cake was served at many of my family’s celebrations. Cindy was a child of God and certainly is now celebrating with Him.

My condolences to Arleen and all the family. I first met Cindy in 1984 on my first day at Pembroke and we were friends ever since . She lifted me up so many times when I needed someone to listen. As the song says " She was the wind beneath my wings "
I will miss you every day Cindy. See you on the other side. Maybe you'll have a pound cake waiting for me.

I will always remember growing up in Roper and seeing her come home from work at Roses. Through the years she picked up some of Gradma Gerties great skills in the kitchen. Although the times and years changed, I never forgot those times she made lunch for me while being at Grandma's. I also remember her holding the line with Keaton and me. We needed it!
I'm so glad she is eternally healed and with Christ. Blessings on you Arleen, Keaton, Tim, Greg, Michelle and Kathy.

An amazing person. Always there for me no matter what day or time. She never judged. She loved each of us for who we were. She lifted me up when I was down and she was my best friend. Our Happy Place together was at Lake Gaston and we had many fun times with family and many girls week memories. I love you Cindy and I will miss you every single day. I know I must have been your favorite Sister-in-Law😊❤️❤️❤️ God now has an amazing Angel

My thoughts and many prayers go out to Arlene Painter and your family. Miss Cindy I can't thank you enough for the many times you listened as I cried at Church when I was broken. Thank you for listening and lending your shoulder to cry on. Thank you for loving me for who I was (broken) and teaching me to be a better mom, wife and most of all child of God that was 10 years ago. I will never forget you.

Rest in Peace Miss Cindy.... until we meet again...
