He was a WWII Veteran and retired from the Civil Service and City of Norfolk Water Works Department.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 33 years, Aida Smith; three sons, Cyril Smith Jr., Curtis Smith, and Bobby Smith; three daughters, Wanda Setzer, Charlene Lee and Peggy O’Hara, four Step children, William Lopez, Sonny Lopez, Theresa Duenas and Jesus Lopez; Sister Sylvia and Brother Richard; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
