She is predeceased by her father, Julius T. Butler Sr. She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Annette M. Butler; brothers Wayne Miller (Sylvia), Tony Miller (Lishee) and Julius Butler Jr. (Jackie); sisters Frances Butler Keatts (Stanley) and Jacqueline Butler; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A visitation for Deborah Butler will be held Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, Virginia 23502. A celebration of life will take place on Friday, July 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM followed by an entombment within Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
