We are broken hearted to announce that our dear mother, Deborah Mae Williams went to be with her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at the age of 66. Debbie was born in Norfolk to the late Clarence and Clara Dickason. Debbie prioritized her life around her family. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother. Debbie owned her own cleaning business. When she was not working at her business you would see her enjoying life with her family. Debbie was a pillar of strength, love, and kindness. She was especially fond of her grandchildren. Her passion in life was spending time with them. She enjoyed traveling and spending time on the beach. She is cherished in memory by her children, Christina Towler and her husband, Matthew, Regina Tsikuris and her husband, Richard, Sr., and Tammy Brock and her husband, Jason; Grandchildren, Richard Tsikuris, Jr. and his wife Nicole, Riley Tsikuris, Victoria Towler, Mason Brock, Vanessa Towler, and Grayson Brock; Great Grandchild; Lacy Tsikuris; Siblings, Robert Dickason and his wife Kirsten, Diana Sturgill Graves and her husband Dale, and Patricia Beneman.
