Frances Lucille Reagan, age 60, of Norfolk, Virginia passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2022. Frances was born March 29, 1962 to the late Marion Lucille "Brickhouse" and John B. Ashley , Sr. She was preceded in death by her sisters, June Hunter and Agnus Ashley; and brothers, Kenny and Thomas Ashley.
Frances is survived by her significant other, Lee Knittel; her children, Frances Ann Reagan (Charles Munsterman) of Norfolk, VA; Christine Reagan pf Norfolk, VA; John Reagan of Norfolk, VA; Wayne E. Knittel (Trina Collins) of Norfolk, VA; Samantha L. Brown (Joseph Brown) of Greensville, NC; Stephanie A. Jones (Thomas Jones) of Norfolk, VA; and Robert E. Reagan of Norfolk, VA; and grandchildren, Jasmine Santos, Courtney Jones, Austin Reagan, Jackie Ortiz, Angel Reagan, Mari Kupec, Ashley Williams, Lamont Williams, Jr., Breana Knittel, Akira Knittel, Zachariah Brown, Elijah Brown, Ty'Shawn Walker, Anthony Walker and Aliyah Walker; her brothers, John B. Ashley, Jr., (Phyllis Ashley) of Virginia Beach; and Robert Brickhouse of Virginia BEach, VA; and sisters, Sue Brickhouse and Alice Ann both of NC.
