Frances Malia Tillman

Frances is predeceased by her father Ruben Tinsing Hoke, and youngest son Kiwaun Singeton. Left to cherish her memory are her nine beautiful children Carlton, Antoni, Brandon, Bria, Alexus, Camron, Kai, and Makell. She also leaves behind eight beautiful grandchildren Taniyah, Kayden, A'veah, Kingston, Zy'mir, Kashmir, Bellamy, Neveah, & Jakobia.

Frances was born in Portsmouth, Virginia on November 5, 1974. And now a poem dedicated to her life and impact from her family.

That beautiful name within itself speaks volumes. Frances was a true sight for sore eyes. With her fearless spirit and a heart to love the whole world, Frances left behind many people that will love and cherish her presence. She's bold, beautiful, and brilliant. Throughout her life, she continued to push herself through school and always rose to the occasion to overcome obstacles that were placed before her. Through her belief in God, she took time to read and understand his knowledge so she could share that wisdom with her nine beautiful kids and grandkids. Frances was never afraid to speak her mind to help people in any way she could, she is our hero. She would run down the street barefoot to confront someone who may have looked at her children a little crazy (true story). Frances taught her kids to be confident and outspoken for those are some of the best qualities she held true to herself. Frances, you will always be loved and missed truly. We know you are free of this world and can't wait to see you again.
