A memorial service will be held to celebrate Frank's life in the Chesapeake Room at Woodlawn Funeral Home on Saturday, June 27 at 10 AM. If anyone would like to speak any words of remembrance, that will take place at 11 AM. Light brunch and refreshments will be served.
