I met Frank shortly after he moved into the Talbot when I observed water trickling down into my apartment from his which was directly above mine. Of course, I dashed (as quickly as a woman my age can dash) upstairs to knock on his door. He was quite alarmed when I told him of "our" problem and immediately sought to fix it. Apparently, when the movers had hooked up his washer, they neglected to attached the hose to the drain! He was always soft-spoken, well-mannered and congenial and I will truly miss my quiet, friendly neighbor very much.

My wife Faye and I met Frank when we moved into the Talbot.
He would come over every night before dinner and talk, but I never really got to know him very well until he and I were paired as dinner partners.
I am very thankful for the opportunity to get to know Frank and his daughter.
He was a great man and will be greatly missed.
