Hazel Tullock-Hornbake
Hazel Tullock-Hornbake passed away July 7, 2007 in Payson AZ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry E. Tullock; husband, George Patrick Hornbake and brother, J. R. Roughton, Sr.
Hazel was a member of Community United Methodist Church and the Methodists' Women's Circle and a member of the Eastern Star. Above all else, Hazel was a great lady whose greatest concern was her family. The world is diminished by her absence.
Hazel is survived by daughters, Linda Keim and husband Steve, of Payson, AZ. and Patti Stephenson and husband Steve, of Summerfield, NC; niece, Barbara Ann Roughton Tuttle; nephew, John Robert Roughton, Jr., five Grandchildren and two Great-Grandchildren.
Services will be officiated by Rev. John R. Roughton III at 10:00 am, Thursday, July 12, 2007 at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk, VA with a visitation on Wednesday, July 11, 2007 from 7-8:00 pm.
