Iluminada Serrano Mateo

Iluminada was the beloved wife of Alfredo A. Mateo, with whom she had a beautiful family. She was a fabulous mother who raised wonderful children.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 69 years, her five sons, one daughter, four daughter-in-laws, one son-in-law, eight grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

The family will have a visitation at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk, on Sunday, October 4, 2020 from 5 – 7pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5, 2020 at 10am, followed by burial within the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens at 11am.
