James Riley Price, 87, a decorated retired Navy Veteran passed away on March 3, 2015 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Mr. Price leaves behind his twins, James Price & Jeri Prophet and Chad, & Brad Price ; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held, Friday March 20, 2015 at 6:30 PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA. Burial will full military honors will be at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.
