Jason Evan Frey

36, passed away on May 7, 2015. He was born on November 12, 1978 in Norfolk, VA, and grew up in Virginia Beach. He made friends easily and kept them close. He had special gifts that he shared freely. He was a passionate Philadelphia Eagles fan and loved working as a land surveyor. Jason was predeceased by his grandparents, John Savage and Alma and James Frey. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Donna Manning; step-father, Butch; father, James B. Frey; brother, John; sister, Ashley Satterthwaite (Johnny); grandmother, Dorothy Savage; uncles, Ron Savage (Susan) and Chuck Frey (Kathy); aunt, Deborah Brown (Sonny); cousins, Joyce Phillips (Walter), Molly Brown (Robert), Josh Frey, Sean Brown and Chase Brown; nephews, Jackson and Daniel Satterthwaite. He had a special place in his heart for his girlfriend, Molly Paben. The family will receive friends during the visitation at Woodlawn Funeral Home at 6329 E.
