Mr. Young retired from the U.S. Navy and as a barber at the Naval Exchange. He was a member of the Norview Masonic Lodge for over forty years.
Survivors include his wife Toby Young, four stepchildren, Angel Sander, Terry Sylvia, Bill and Dave Hardison; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A celebration of life will be Saturday, December 12, 11a.m. at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norview Chapel. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
