Joan M. Kukrall, age 72, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2009 with her husband of 53 years, Matthew Kukrall at her bedside. Joan was a member of Thalia Lynn Baptist Church. She loved to bowl and play bingo. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gatress A. and Genevieve George Downs. In addition to her husband she is survived by a son, Wayne L. Kukrall; two brothers, Donald Downs and his wife, Elizabeth; G. Andrew Downs and his wife Lane. Three grandchildren, Michelle, Austin and Miranda Kukrall. Also numerous nieces and nephews and her many bingo friends. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 PM Friday at Woodlawn Funeral Home and where funeral services will be conducted 11 AM Saturday conducted by Pastor Mack Scott and Pastor Mark Pullen.
